Jalen Harris gets MVP of the Week award for Taiwanese TPBL (by Hoops Agents)

American-Jordanian Jalen Harris (196-SG-1998) had a very impressive game in the last round for New Taipei Kings and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 10.
The 27-year old shooting guard had the game-high 27 points adding seven rebounds and six assists for Kings in his team's victory, helping them to crush Taiwan Beer L. (#1, 10-3) with 22-point margin 125-103. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Kings is placed at 4th position in Taiwanese TPBL. Kings is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 6-7 record. In the team's last game Harris had a remarkable 90.0% from 2-point range. He turned to be Kings' top player in his first season with the team. Jalen Harris averages just after two games 29.0ppg, 6.5rpg and 6.0apg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Cypriot center Darral Willis (206-C-1996) of Taipei Taishin Mars. Willis impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 25 points and 22 rebounds. Of course Taipei TM cruised to a 94-83 relatively comfortable win over the lower-ranked Lioneers (#6, 5-7). This victory allowed Taipei TM to move up to 3rd position in the standings. His team's 6-5 record is not bad at all. Willis is a newcomer at Taipei TM and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.7ppg (#1). He also registered 14.1 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was Montenegrin Marko Todorovic (208-F-1992) of second-ranked New Taipei CTBC DEA. Todorovic showcased his all-around game by recording 26 points, 17 rebounds (!!!) and 4 assists in the last round. Despite Todorovic's great performance the N.Taipei CTBC lost 78-85 to #4 ranked Kings. But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The last thing N.Taipei CTBC needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 7 victories and 6 lost games. Todorovic has a great season in Taiwan. After 10 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 20.3ppg (6th best) and rebounds with 12.4rpg (4th best).
