Lasan Kromah gets MVP of the Week award for Taiwanese TPBL (by Hoops Agents)

Experienced American-Liberian Lasan Kromah (198-SG-1991, agency: LHZ Sport Agency) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's leader Taiwan Beer Leopards and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 7.
The 34-year old shooting guard had the game-high 31 points adding nine rebounds and six assists for Taiwan Beer L. in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Kings (#5, 4-6) 103-101. It allowed Leopards to consolidate first place in the Taiwanese TPBL. Taiwan Beer L. have a solid 8-1 record. In the team's last game Kromah had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Leopards, through which he has constantly improved. University of Connecticut graduate has very impressive stats this year. Kromah is in league's top in points (3rd best: 24.4ppg) and averages solid 3.3spg and 54.2% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Ukrainian Bogdan Bliznyuk (198-SF-1995) of Kaohsiung Aquas. Bliznyuk impressed basketball fans with a triple-double of 28 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists. Of course he led Aquas to another comfortable win outscoring the higher-ranked Taiwan Beer L. (#1, 8-1) 112-90. Despite this victory they still are the league outsider. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 3-7 record. Bliznyuk is a newcomer at Kaohsiung A. and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was American Aric Holman (208-F/C-1997) of second-ranked Formosa Dreamers. Holman showcased his all-around game by recording 20 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Dreamers, leading his team to a 113-98 easy win against #3 ranked Lioneers in a game of the week. Dreamers needs these victories very badly if they think about taking over top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 5 victories and 5 lost games. Holman has a very solid season. In 9 games in Taiwan he scored 17.6ppg. He also has 9.6rpg, 3.2apg, 1.7bpg, a FGP of 51.6% and 3PT: 45.5%.
