Strangely Dreamers outrebounded Aquas 49-26 including a 20-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Aquas looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Dreamers' players. 25 personal fouls committed by Dreamers helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The former international Long-Mao Hu (195-1992, college: Chaminade) fired 23 points and 6 assists for the winners. The former international guard Huan-Ya Yu (182-1993) chipped in 24 points and 4 assists. Four Aquas players scored in double figures. American power forward Aric Holman (208-1997, college: MSU) produced a double-double by scoring 30 points and 15 rebounds and international forward Chien-Hao Ma (201-2001, college: Georgia St.) added 20 points respectively for lost side. Dreamers' coach Jamie Pearlman tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.

Kings outrebounded Taipei TM 62-36 including a 24-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Kings players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Palestinian power forward Sani Sakakini (204-1988) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points and 14 rebounds. American-Bulgarian center Jason Washburn (213-1990, college: Utah, agency: Pensack Sports) contributed with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Kings players scored in double figures. The former international forward Samuel Manu (201-2000, college: UC Davis) answered with 25 points and 7 rebounds and American point guard Ray McCallum (191-1991, college: Detroit) added 12 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists in the effort for Taipei TM. Taipei TM's coach Hao-Cheng Hsu gave up on the game allowing to play fourteen players seeing no chance for a win.
