Frazier number one in Taiwanese PLeague+ for round 13 (by Hoops Agents)

American Guard Branden Frazier (191-G-1992) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for second-ranked Tainan GhostHawks, receiving a Hoops Agents PLeague+ Player of the Week award for round 13.
The 32-year old player was the main contributor (40 points, five rebounds and seven assists) to his team's victory, helping them to beat Steelers (#4, 1-13) 119-108. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. GhostHawks maintains the 2nd position in Taiwanese PLeague+. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Tainan will need more victories to improve their 10-7 record. In the team's last game Frazier had a remarkable 75.0% from 2-point range and got five three-pointers out of 10 attempts. He turned to be GhostHawks's top player in his first season with the team. Former Fordham University star has very solid stats this year. Frazier is in league's top in points (4th best: 21.1ppg), assists (4th best: 4.8apg) and averages impressive 51.9% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Isaiah Briscoe (190-PG-1996) of Kaohsiung Steelers. Briscoe had a very good evening with a double-double of 43 points and 11 assists. Bad luck as Steelers lost that game 108-119 to slightly higher-ranked Tainan GH (#2, 10-7). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Steelers still maintains its place in the top 4 of the standings, even despite this loss. 13 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Steelers managed to get this year. Briscoe is a newcomer at Steelers, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 30.2ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 8.2rpg and 9.3apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Tainan GH's star - American forward De'Mon Brooks (202-PF-1992). Brooks scored 25 points and grabbed 13 rebounds (!!!). Despite Brooks' great performance the Tainan GhostHawks lost 81-103 to #1 ranked Pilots. But his team cannot count on just these two top stars as they also need help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The last thing GhostHawks needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 10 victories and 7 lost games. Brooks has a very solid season. In 12 games in Taiwan he scored 15.7ppg.
