Perry Jones III gets MVP of the Week award for Taiwanese T1 League (by Hoops Agents)

Experienced American Perry Jones III (211-F-1991, agency: Slash Sports) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's leader Kaohsiung Aquas and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 12.
The 32-year old forward had a double-double of 23 points and 14 rebounds, while his team edged out Taiwan Beer L. (#2, 11-6) 118-117. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. It allowed Aquas to jump to the first place in the Taiwanese T1 League. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Kaohsiung A. has a very solid 12-6 record, but they cannot be too comfortable about keeping top position. In the team's last game Jones III had a remarkable 62.5% from 2-point range. The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American forward Rahlir Hollis-Jefferson (199-F-1991) of Taipei Taishin Mars. He was another key player of Kaohsiung Aquas, helping his team with a 118-117 win against #2 ranked Taiwan Beer L.. Aquas confirms their top position in the standings.
