The Tainan GhostHawks (T1 League) will be led by Raoul Korner, a 50-year-old Austrian coach. He most recently coached at Veolia Towers Hamburg in the German league.
He coached the Austrian Senior National Team from 2020 to 2022 and also coached the Under 22 National Team in 2001.
He has also coached professionally in Germany, specifically in Braunschweig and Bayreuth. Additionally, he has coached in Holland, specifically in Den Bosch, and in Austria, specifically with VIVA 49ers Mattersburg and BC Vienna.
In 2017, he was voted Eurobasket.com All-German Bundesliga Coach of the Year.
