Nick King gets MVP of the Week award for Taiwanese T1 League (by Hoops Agents)

American Nick King (201-F-1995) had a great game in the last round for league's leader N.Taipei CTBC and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 44.
The 27-year old forward had the game-high 12 points adding six rebounds and five assists for N.Taipei CTBC in his team's victory, helping them to crush Taichung Suns (#5, 8-21) with 16-point margin 95-79. It allowed N.Taipei CTBC to consolidate first place in the Taiwanese T1 League. N.Taipei CTBC have a solid 25-5 record. King just recently signed at N.Taipei CTBC, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Middle Tennessee State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. King is in league's top in points (3rd best: 25.8ppg), assists (9th best: 4.4apg) and averages solid 55.5% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American center Keith Benson (211-C-1988) of Taichung Suns. Benson impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds. Bad luck as Taichung Suns lost that game 79-95 to the higher-ranked N.Taipei CTBC (#1, 25-5). Taichung Suns managed to keep the same 5th spot in the standings. 21 lost games are too many comparing to just eight victories Taichung Suns managed to get this year. Benson is one of the most experienced players at Taichung Suns and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was another Taichung Suns' star - American Arnett Moultrie (208-C-1990). Moultrie scored 16 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Despite Moultrie's great performance Taichung Suns lost 79-95 to the higher-ranked N.Taipei CTBC (#1, 25-5). But his team cannot count on just these two top stars as they also need help of the other teammates. Taichung Suns can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 8-21 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Moultrie has a very solid season. In 10 games in Taiwan he scored 20.2ppg. He also has 10.1rpg and FGP: 55.7%.
