Taichung Suns - Kaohsiung A. 104-111 The game in Taichung was also worth to mention about. Fourth ranked Aquas (15-14) played at the court of 5th ranked Suns (8-20). Aquas managed to secure a 7-point victory 111-104. Aquas made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. The former international Long-Mao Hu (195-1992, college: Chaminade) scored 31 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American-Filipino guard Jason Brickman (183-1991, college: LIU Brooklyn, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 21 points and 13 assists during the contest. Aquas' coach Brendan Joyce used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was American guard Rayvonte Rice (193-1992, college: Illinois) with 25 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and his fellow American import center Arnett Moultrie (208-1990, college: MSU) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Defending champion moved-up to third place, which they share with TB Herobears. Suns at the other side keep the fifth position with 20 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest. First ranked N.Taipei CTBC managed to get a 9-point victory 114-105. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of GhostHawks. N.Taipei CTBC looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. It was a good game for American forward Nick King (201-1995, college: MTSU) who led his team to a victory with 29 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists.
