Femi Olujobi gets MVP of the Week award for Taiwanese PLeague+ (by Hoops Agents)

Jamaican-American Femi Olujobi (206-C/F-1996, agency: Slash Sports) had a great game in the last round for Steelers and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents PLeague+ Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 26-year old had a double-double of 35 points and eighteen rebounds, while his team lost the game against Lioneers (#4, 1-2) 83-89. Steelers maintains the 6th position in Taiwanese PLeague+. They are still not able to win a single game in the league yet. The season is still in it's early stage, so the team may have a chance to improve their current position in the standings. They lost 3 games and had no victories. Olujobi turned to be Steelers' top player in his first season with the team. De Paul University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Olujobi is in league's top in points (2nd best: 28.3ppg), rebounds (3rd best: 15.0rpg) and averages solid 52.3% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American guard Terrico White (196-G-1990) of Lioneers. White impressed basketball fans with 24 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. It was enough for Lioneers to edge Steelers (#6, 0-3) by 6 points 89-83. This victory allowed Lioneers to move up to 4th position in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 1-2 record. White is a newcomer at Lioneers and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 23.0ppg (#6). He also recorded 5.5 assists per game.

The third best performed player last round was another Lioneers' star - American Will Artino (211-C/F-1992). Artino scored 23 points and grabbed sixteen rebounds (!!!). He was another key player of Lioneers, helping his team with a 89-83 win against Steelers (#6, 0-3). The chances of Lioneers not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 2 games, recording just one victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Artino could try to bring Lioneers' a little bit higher in the standings. Artino has individually a great season in Taiwan. After only 2 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 15.0rpg (2nd best). Will Artino has also Taiwanese passport and can play in the league with a status of domestic player.
