Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

Seventh defeat of league's leader Taiwan Beer (19-7) against first ranked Bank of Taiwan (20-6) 93-68 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Taiwan Beer. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Bank of Taiwan forced 21 Taiwan Beer turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Taiwan Beer's players. American power forward Ishmael Lane (203-1997, college: NSU) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 13 rebounds. His fellow American import swingman Zak Irvin (198-1994, college: Michigan) contributed with 20 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. American swingman Kentrell Barkley (195-1996, college: ECU, agency: Haylett Sports) answered with a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!) and 20 rebounds for Taiwan Beer. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Bank of Taiwan maintains first place with 20-6 record. Taiwan Beer at the other side dropped to the second position with seven games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Bank of Taiwan. Taiwan Beer will play next round against strong Jeoutai trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Bank of Taiwan will try to continue on its current victory against fifth ranked Pauian at home.
Important game to mention about was the one when fourth ranked Jeoutai (10-16) saved a 1-point victory edging 3rd placed Yulon Luxgen (13-12) 91-90 on Friday evening. It was a great evening for Canadian-American swingman Nicholas Wiggins (198-1991, college: Z*Orangeville A's) who led his team to a victory scoring 33 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds. Jalen Robinson helped adding 23 points and 14 rebounds. American power forward Torren Jones (206-1994, college: William Penn) responded with a double-double by scoring 38 points (!!!), 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Jeoutai maintains fourth place with 10-16 record. Yulon Luxgen at the other side keeps the third position with 12 games lost. Jeoutai will play against league's second-placed Taiwan Beer in Taipei in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Yulon Luxgen will play against Pauian and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An interesting game for Bank of Taiwan (20-6) which played against 4th placed Jeoutai (10-16). First ranked Bank of Taiwan managed to get a 13-point victory 89-76. It was an exceptional evening for Ishmael Lane who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Bank of Taiwan's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Jalen Robinson came up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 16 rebounds for Jeoutai in the defeat. Bank of Taiwan maintains first place with 20-6 record. Loser Jeoutai keeps the fourth position with 16 games lost. Bank of Taiwan will meet bottom-ranked Pauian (#5) in the next round. Jeoutai will play against the league's second-placed Taiwan Beer in Taipei and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 11: bottom-ranked Pauian was beaten by Taiwan Beer 84-71. Bottom-ranked Pauian destroyed Jeoutai 87-55. Bottom-ranked Pauian unfortunately lost to Yulon Luxgen 86-99.



Taiwan Beer - Pauian 84-71

No shocking result in a game when first ranked Taiwan Beer (19-7) beat bottom-ranked Pauian (2-23) 84-71 on Friday. They outrebounded Pauian 45-23 including a 14-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. Taiwan Beer looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American swingman Kentrell Barkley (195-1996, college: ECU, agency: Haylett Sports) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 14 rebounds and 7 assists (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field). Canadian power forward Keanau Post (210-1992, college: Missouri) accounted for 14 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side. Four Taiwan Beer players scored in double figures. Guard Guang-Qian Jiang (184-1998) came up with 23 points and 5 assists and American guard Dashaun Wiggins (188-1991, college: Portland St.) added 11 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for Pauian in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Despite that victory Taiwan Beer went down to second position due to points difference. Loser Pauian stay dead last with 23 lost games. Taiwan Beer will meet Jeoutai (#4) in the next round. Pauian will play against Yulon Luxgen and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 4th placed Jeoutai (10-16) was smashed by bottom-ranked Pauian (2-23) 87-55 on Saturday. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Dashaun Wiggins (188-1991, college: Portland St.) who led the winners and scored 25 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. His fellow American import power forward CJ Aiken (206-1990, college: St.Joseph's) accounted for 15 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side. American power forward Jalen Robinson (206-1993, college: Dalton St.) came up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 12 rebounds and forward Bo-Hao Lin (192-1997) added 10 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for Jeoutai in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Rather predictable result when third ranked Yulon Luxgen (13-12) won against bottom-ranked Pauian (2-23) 99-86 on Sunday. Yulon Luxgen looked well-organized offensively handing out 33 assists. It was an exceptional evening for Pu Xia who led the winners and scored 21 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. American power forward Torren Jones (206-1994, college: William Penn) accounted for 25 points for the winning side. Four Yulon Luxgen players scored in double figures. Forward Jou-Chen Huang (192-1997) came up with 16 points and 6 rebounds and forward Zhuang You (190-1995) added 15 points respectively for Pauian in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Yulon Luxgen maintains third place with 13-12 record having eight points less than leader Bank of Taiwan. Loser Pauian stay dead last with 23 lost games.
