Robinson's double-double lands him SBL Player of the Week award

28-year old power forward Jalen Robinson (206-F/C-93) put on an amazing game in the last round for second-ranked Jeoutai and receives a Hoops Agents SBL Player of the Week award for round 2.
He had a double-double of 25 points and 22 rebounds, while his team crushed Yulon Luxgen (#4, 1-3) with 18-point margin 77-59. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Jeoutai maintains the 2nd position in Taiwanese SBL. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. Jeoutai will need more victories to improve their 3-1 record. In the team's last game Robinson had a remarkable 53.3% from 2-point range. He turned to be Jeoutai's top player in his first season with the team. Dalton State College graduate has very impressive stats this year. Robinson is in league's top in points (3rd best: 21.3ppg).

Second best performed player last round was Zong-Rong Hsieh (200-C-95) of Bank of Taiwan. He is international center in his 5th season at Bank of Taiwan. In the last game Hsieh recorded impressive double-double of 15 points and 17 rebounds. Of course he led Bank of Taiwan to another comfortable win outscoring Pauian (0-4) 105-61. The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. Hsieh is one of the most experienced players at Bank of Taiwan and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Dashaun Wiggins (188-G-91) of Yulon Luxgen (#4). Wiggins got into 30-points club by scoring 32 points in the last round. He went also for twelve rebounds . Despite Wiggins' great performance Yulon Luxgen lost 59-77 to #2 ranked Jeoutai. But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. Yulon Luxgen can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 1-3 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Wiggins has individually a great season in Taiwan. After only 3 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 23.7ppg (best scorer) and rebounds with 7.0rpg (7th best).
