Michael Singletary (ex Mono Vampire) is a newcomer at Fubon Braves- November 4, 2020
In 2012 (a year after he left the college) Singletary was drafted by Rio Grande Valley Vipers (D-League) in third round (34th overall). The former Texas Tech University star is in his tenth season in pro basketball. He is quite experienced player. Thanks to Singletary's pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Asia, Latin America and of course North America) in eight different countries. Singletary has played previously professionally in Belgium, Greece, Italy, Japan (Osaka Evessa), Montenegro, Philippines (Barako Bull and SM Beermen), Uruguay (Bigua) and NBA G League (College Park SkyHawks). The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he won Thailand TBSL championship title for two years in a row (2017 and 2018). Singletary was also voted Asia-Basket.com All-Thailand TBSL Player of the Year in 2018. He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.
