Al Hurriyeh lands Marquis Moore, ex Maristes

Marquis Moore

Al Hurriyeh Aleppo (SBL) signed 31-year-old American 198cm swingman Marquis Moore (college: HPU). He most recently played for Maristes in the Lebanese DLBL, where he averaged 19.8ppg, 7.5rpg, and 4.0apg in four games this season. Moore has also played for Atletico Welcome Montevideo (LUB) in the Uruguayan league.
Moore is a very experienced player, thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in four different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Latin American and of course North American leagues. Moore has played professionally in Germany (Herford and NINERS Chemnitz 2nd team), Ukraine (Zaporizhye) and Uruguay.
His team finished as the runner-up in the regular season in the Big Sky Conference in 2022.
He graduated from Hawaii Pacific University in 2023 and is currently in his third season in pro basketball. He has also played for other colleges such as Southern Utah University and University of Detroit Mercy.
