Al Jalaa are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Al Sahel (#10) in Tartus in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Al Karameh will play at home against Al Hurriyeh (#7) and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
The game in Aleppo was also worth to mention about. Sixth ranked Thawra (5-6) played at the court of 8th ranked Al Yarmouk (3-8). Thawra managed to secure a 5-point victory 63-58. Thawra maintains sixth place with 5-6 record. Al Yarmouk at the other side keeps the eighth position with eight games lost.
