American center Hicks Isaiah (206-C-1994, college: UNC, agency: Slash Sports) was the top scorer of the day in the world yesterday with the 39 points he had in the South Korean league. Hicks graduated from University of North Carolina in 2017. His excellent performance made his team the Suwon KT Sonicboom beat the Samsung Thunders 111 to 86. On top of that he also recorded 5 rebounds that evening. His team won the South Korean League Regular Season earlier this year. Among many awards he was selected as the Eurobasket All VTB League Defensive Player of the Year as well as the Honorable Mention back in 2020. Hicks was also selected to the AsiaBasket South Korean League All Imports Team back in 2021.
