WKBL round 12 most important game was a victory of BNK Sum over one of their biggest challengers Blue Minx 62-55 on Friday night. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Blue Minx. Defending champion (7-5) moved-up to second place. Blue Minx at the other side keeps the third position with six games lost. They share it with KB Stars. BNK Sum are looking forward to face Woori Bank (#5) in Chuncheon in the next round. Blue Minx will play on the road against S-Birds in Anshan and is hoping to win this game.
Sixth-ranked S-Birds (2-9) were very close to win a game against first ranked Hana 1Q (9-3) in Bucheon. Hana 1Q managed to secure only two-point victory 64-62. However their fans expected much easier game. Hana 1Q maintains first position with 9-3 record. S-Birds lost fifth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with nine games lost. Hana 1Q will play against KB Stars (#4) in Seoul in the next round. S-Birds will play at home against Blue Minx and hope to get back on the winning track.

Woori Bank managed to escape with a 2-point win 68-66 on Friday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of KB Stars. Woori Bank maintains fifth position with 6-7 record. Loser KB Stars dropped to the third place with six games lost. They share the position with Blue Minx. Woori Bank will meet at home league's second-placed BNK Sum in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. KB Stars will play against the league's leader Hana 1Q and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
