Filipino forward Tamayo Carl (200-F-2001) was tied for the best scorer of the day in the world with the 34 points he had in the South Korean league. His excellent performance made his team the Sakers beat the Samsung Thunders 95 to 83. He is the 8th best scorer in the league averaging almost 18 points and almost 7 rebounds per game. Tamayo won the South Korean League championship title earlier this year. He was AsiaBasket All South Korean League Forward of the Year and First Team award in 2025.
