It was a great evening for the former international guard Hoon Heo (181-1995) who led his team to a victory scoring 35 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 6 assists. American center Rayshaun Hammonds (206-1998, college: Georgia) helped adding 12 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Canadian Andrew Nicholson (206-1989, college: St.Bonaventure) with 12 points and 9 rebounds and Filipino guard Samjosef Belangel (177-1999) scored 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four KoGas players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Anyang - Mobis Phoebus 92-99

Mobis Phoebus outrebounded Anyang 41-28 including 17 on the offensive glass. Mobis Phoebus players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Anyang was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Gaige Prim (203-1999, college: Missouri St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds. International forward Woosuk Lee (196-1999) accounted for 17 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists for the winning side. The former international point guard Jihoon Park (184-1995) came up with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 assists (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!) and American power forward Johnny OBryant III (207-1993, college: LSU, agency: Slash Sports) added 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Anyang in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Anyang's coach Seung-Ki Kim rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
