WKBL Round 4 (Regular Season): KB Stars lose to Blue Minx

The most important game in the last round took place in Yongin between third ranked KB Stars (3-2) and fifth ranked Blue Minx (2-4) on Sunday night. KB Stars were defeated by Blue Minx on the road 53-64. Blue Minx maintains fifth position with 2-4 record. KB Stars at the other side dropped to the second place with two games lost. They share the position with Woori Bank. Blue Minx are again looking forward to face league's second-placed KB Stars in Seoul in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. KB Stars will play at home against Hana 1Q and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An interesting game for BNK Sum (5-0) which hosted in Guri 4th ranked Hana 1Q (2-3). Top-ranked BNK Sum had an easy win 65-45. Undefeated BNK Sum have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 5-0 record. Hana 1Q at the other side keeps the fourth place with three games lost. BNK Sum will play against bottom-ranked S-Birds (#6) in Anshan in the next round where they are favorite. Hana 1Q will play on the road against Woori Bank in Chuncheon and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An interesting game for KB Stars (3-2) which hosted in Seoul their biggest opponent Woori Bank (3-2). Third ranked KB Stars managed to get a 4-point victory 58-54. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Woori Bank. KB Stars moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Woori Bank. KB Stars will meet at home Blue Minx (#5) in the next round. Woori Bank will play against Hana 1Q and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last game of round 4 bottom-ranked S-Birds were beaten by Blue Minx on the road 74-69.

This time Blue Minx used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Anshan 74-69 on Thursday night. Blue Minx maintains fifth position with 2-4 record. Loser S-Birds stay at the bottom place with five games lost. Blue Minx will meet league's second-placed KB Stars in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. S-Birds will play against the league's leader BNK Sum (#1) in Guri and hope to win that game.
