2026 World Cup Pre-Qualifiers: Czech Republic hold off South Korea for second straight win

Czech Republic claimed the second straight win at the 2026 World Cup Pre-Qualifying Tournament in Mexico. They overcame South Korea to move closer to the semifinal stage. Five players scored in double digits for the winners. Emma Cechova (194-F/C-2004) came up with 15 points to lead the charge.
Czech Republic poured in 24 points in the first period to open a 7-point lead. They held South Korea to only 32 points in the second half and raced to the victory. Julia Reisingerova (194-C-1998) finished with 13 points for the winners. Ji-Su Park (195-C-1998) replied with 20 points for South Korea.
