Skygunners ink Alan Williams, ex SE Melbourne

Alan Williams

Skygunners (KBL) signed Alan Williams for the 2024-25 season. He was the top rebounder at SE Melbourne in the Australian NBL league, averaging 16.7ppg, 10.9rpg, and 2.5apg in 15 games. In the 2022-23 season, he played for Dolphins in the Japanese B1 League.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2016.
Williams has played professionally in six different countries on four different continents, including China (with Eagles and Shaanxi), Japan, Russia (with Lokomotiv), the NBA (with the Brooklyn Nets and Phoenix Suns), and the NBA G League (with NAZ Suns and Long Island Nets).
In 2021, his team was the regular season runner-up in the VTB United League. In 2023, he was voted to the Australiabasket.com Australian NBL All-Imports Team.
Williams graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2015 and it'll be his tenth season as a pro player.
