KCC Egis land Alfonzo McKinnie, ex Sassari

Alfonzo McKinnie

KCC Egis (KBL) signed Alfonzo McKinnie, a 31-year-old American forward standing at 202cm, for the upcoming season. McKinnie, who played college basketball at Green Bay, last played for Dinamo BDS Sassari in the Italian Serie A. In 29 games, he averaged 7.9ppg and 3.7rpg. Additionally, he participated in 9 games in the Basketball Champions League, where he averaged 8.8ppg and 3.9rpg.
McKinnie is a very experienced player, having played professionally in five different countries on three continents. He has experience in European, Latin American, and North American leagues. McKinnie has played in Luxembourg (Berbourg), Mexico (Rayos de Hermosillo), and the NBA (Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers, GS Warriors, LA Lakers, and Toronto Raptors), as well as the NBA G League (Raptors 905 Mississauga, Windy City Bulls, and Capitanes de Ciudad de Mexico).
He played in the NBA Finals in 2019.
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay in 2015 and it'll be his tenth season in pro basketball. McKinnie played also for Eastern Illinois University for 2 years.
