AARON HAYNES

American Forward Aaron Haynes (201-F-81) put on an amazing game in the last round for SK Knights, receiving a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 42.
The 37-year old player had a double-double of 40 points and 11 rebounds, while his team SK Knights maintains the 9th position in South Korean KBL. SK Knights is currently ranked second from the bottom. But it was their 34th lost game this season out of 54 games. In the team's last game Haynes had a remarkable 83.3% from 2-point range. It's his second year at SK Knights and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Former Boise State University star has very solid stats this year. Haynes is in league's top in points (6th best: 24.3ppg), rebounds (8th best: 11.2rpg) and assists (3rd best: 5.5apg).

The second best player in last round's games was 33-year old American Brandon Brown (201-PF-85) of KCC Egis. Brown had a very good evening with a double-double of 29 points and 12 rebounds. Of course he led KCC Egis to another comfortable win 88-75 over slightly higher-ranked ET Land (#2, 35-19) being unquestionably team leader. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. KCC Egis consolidated its place in top 4 of the standings. His team's 28-26 record is not bad at all. Brown is a newcomer at KCC Egis, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.4ppg (#3). His other stats are also decent: 13.2rpg and 4.0apg. Former Cal State - San Bernardino star Brown is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.

Third on the list of top players last round was American Leon Williams (203-C/F-86) of DB Promy (#8). Williams scored 23 points and grabbed nine rebounds. He was a key player of DB Promy, leading his team to a 88-76 win against the higher-ranked LG Sakers (#3, 30-24). The chances of DB Promy ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 30 games, recording just twenty four victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Williams could help DB Promy to bring them higher in the standings. Williams has a great season in South Korea. After 41 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 13.9rpg (3rd best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Reyshawn Terry (203-F-84) of Anyang KGC - 30 points, 14 rebounds and 2 assists
5. Marcus Landry (201-F-85) of KT Sonicboom - 22 points, 13 rebounds and 2 assists
6. Darryl Monroe (201-C/F-86) of Goyang Orions - 11 points, 18 rebounds and 9 assists
7. Tae-Young Moon (197-F-78) of Samsung Th. - 23 points, 11 rebounds and 2 assists
8. Jung-Hyun Lee (191-F-87) of KCC Egis - 27 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists
