Goyang Orions (KBL) added to their roster 32-year old American power forward Leon Williams (203-111kg-86, college: Ohio). He already started the season at played at SK Knights. In 10 KBL games in South Korea he recorded very impressive stats: 16.0ppg, 11.8rpg, 1.3apg, 1.1spg and 1.0bpg this season. The last season Williams played at Salta Basket (LigaA) in league where in 11 games he averaged 14.2ppg and 7.8rpg. Good season as he was named League Player of the Week.
In 2008 he was drafted by Pittsburgh Xplosion (CBA) in sixth round (28th overall).
The former Ohio University standoutis in his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he won Belizean NEBL championship title in 2016. Williams was selected to Belizean NEBL All-Star Game back in 2015.
He is quite experienced player. Williams' career allowed him to visit four different continents, while he played in seven different countries. Williams tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in France (SIG Strasbourg), Greece (Kavala), Puerto Rico (Brujos and Cangrejeros), Spain (Caceres Basket), Turkey (Erdemir and Balikesir) and Belize (Defenders and Hurricanes).

The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.
