Best players of South Korean KBL round 7 (by Interperformances) - Nov 5, 2018

Talented American Justin Tillman (203-F-96) put on an amazing game in the last round for DB Promy and that's him to receive a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 7.
The 22-year old forward had a double-double of 46 points and thirteen rebounds, while his team beat Goyang Orions (#10, 2-8) 89-74. The game was not the highest importance and did not have significant influence on top of the standings. DB Promy maintains the 9th position in South Korean KBL. The season is in a full swing, so it's only a dream for the team to make it into top half of the standings. For contrary they may face relegation if the situation turns from bad to worse. DB Promy have already lost 7 games and recorded just three victories. In the team's last game Tillman had a remarkable 76.2% from 2-point range. He turned to be DB Promy's top player in his first season with the team. Virginia Commonwealth University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Tillman is in league's top in points (2nd best: 26.5ppg), rebounds (5th best: 11.8rpg) and averages solid 61.0% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was another DB Promy's star - 23-year old American guard Marcus Foster (190-G-95, agency: Pensack Sports). Foster impressed basketball fans with 42 points, 3 rebounds and 9 assists. Bad luck as DB Promy was edged by the higher-ranked Sonic Boom KT (#4, 6-4) 105-102. DB Promy managed to keep the same 9th spot in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 3-7 record. Foster is a newcomer at DB Promy and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.9ppg (#4). His other stats are also decent: 4.8rpg and 5.6apg.

The third best performed player last round was American Brandon Brown (201-PF-85) of KCC Egis (#7). Brown got into 30-points club by scoring 33 points in the last round. He went also for sixteen rebounds . Despite Brown's great performance KCC Egis lost 91-96 to slightly higher-ranked Anyang KGC (#6, 5-4). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of KCC Egis ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 6 games, recording just four victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Brown could help KCC Egis to bring them higher in the standings. Brown has a great season in South Korea. After 10 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 23.3ppg (6th best) and rebounds with 12.9rpg (3rd best). He also has 2.3spg and FGP: 57.5%. Brown attended one of camps at Eurobasket Summer League on his way to pro basketball.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Ricardo Ratliffe (203-F-89) of Mobis Phoebus - 22 points, 14 rebounds and 3 assists

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
