Newly promoted Panionios ON Telecoms Athens (A1) inked 29-year old American small forward Markeith Cummings (198-109kg-88, college: Kennesaw State). He started the season at Seoul Samsung Thunders in South Korean KBL league. In 53 games he averaged impressive 19.3ppg, 5.3rpg and 2.6apg this season. The last summer Cummings played at KIA Picanto in Filipino PBA where in 7 games he had very remarkable stats: 27.3ppg, 8.6rpg, 2.9apg and 1.0spg.
In 2013 he was drafted by Bakersfield Jam (D-League) in third round (44th overall).
The former Kennesaw State staris in his fifth season in pro basketball.
Among other achievements his team won African Champions Cup in 2016. Cummings received also All-African Champions Cup 2nd Team award in 2016.
He is a very experienced player. Cummings has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to six different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and of course North America). Cummings has played previously professionally in Lebanon (Champville), Poland (Twarde Pierniki), NBA G League (Sioux Falls Skyforce), Philippines (Globalport), Egypt (Al Ahly) and ECBL (C Port Trojans).

RICARDO RATLIFFE 29-year old forward Ricardo Ratliffe (203-F-89) had a great game in the last round for league's best team Mobis Phoebus and receives a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 14. He had a double-double of 36 points and 14 rebounds, while his team edged out KT Sonicboom (#2, 12-7) 97-96. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Here is the last round review presented by ESL. The most exciting game of round 14 in the KBL took place in Busan. This derby game ended with only one-point home defeat of second-ranked KT Sonicboom (12-7) to first ranked Mobis Phoebus (16-3) 97-96 in the game for the first place.
