Desportivo 1. De Agosto Luanda (D1) landed 34-year old American center Lindsay Taylor (203-91kg-81, college: UCSB). She played most recently at Winnus in South Korean WKBL. In 28 games she averaged 12.3ppg, 6.9rpg (#5 in the league), 1.2apg and 1.3bpg last season.
The previous (13-14) season Taylor played at Qujing Yunnan (WCBA) in Chinese league. In 22 games she had very impressive stats: 18.7ppg, 10.1rpg and 2.1bpg in 2013-14 season. It was a very successful year in her career as she was selected to All-Chinese WCBA Honorable Mention.
In 2004 Taylor was drafted by Houston Comets (WNBA) in second round (26th overall).
The former Univ. of California-Santa Barbara staris in her twelfth (!!!) season in pro basketball.
Among other achievements Taylor played in the final of Polish PLKK in 2009. She received also All-Chinese WCBA 1st Team award back in 2011.
Taylor is a very experienced player. She has played also professionally in France (Lattes Montpellier and Nantes Reze), Turkey (Ceyhan Bld and Botas), WNBA (Washington Mystics, Los Angeles Sparks and Seattle Storm) and Poland (AZS Gorzow Wielkopolski and Energa Torun).

This is still too early stage of the Regular Season in WKBL and we should expect many changes in upcoming rounds. Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management. First defeat of league's leader KB Stars (3-1) against Woori Bank (4-0) 59-57 was the most important game of the last round. KB Stars will play next round against strong KEB Hanabank trying to make it back to the top of the standings.
