Egis outrebounded Anyang 39-26 including 30 on the defensive glass. 24 personal fouls committed by Anyang helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Shawn Long (208-1993, college: Louisiana, agency: Pensack Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points and 15 rebounds and the former international Joon-Young Choi (200-1994) who added 20 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Four Egis players scored in double figures. At the losing side the former international guard Junhyeong Byeon (186-1996) responded with 13 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists and American forward Bryce Washington (203-1996, college: Louisiana) scored 11 points and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
