The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Sakers (35-16) on the court of second ranked Anyang on Tuesday night. Visitors were defeated by Anyang 84-74. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Sakers. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. The former international point guard Jihoon Park (184-1995) orchestrated the victory by scoring 19 points and 4 assists. American power forward Johnny OBryant III (207-1993, college: LSU, agency: Slash Sports) contributed with 12 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Egyptian center Assem Marei (206-1992, college: MSU) answered with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 17 rebounds and 6 assists for LG Sakers. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Anyang maintains second place with 33-18 record having just two points less than leader LG Sakers. Defending champion LG Sakers still keep top position with 16 games lost. Anyang are looking forward to face Mobis Phoebus (#8) in Ulsan in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. LG Sakers will play on the road against Suwon KT (#7) in Busan and are hoping to win this game.
An interesting game for Sakers (35-16) which hosted in Changwon 3rd placed Knights (31-19). First ranked Sakers managed to get a 12-point victory 67-55. It was a great evening for Egyptian center Assem Marei (206-1992, college: MSU) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Hongseok Yang helped adding 17 points and 6 rebounds. The former international forward Youngjun An (195-1995) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Sakers have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 35-16 record. Seoul Knights at the other side keep the third position with 19 games lost. LG Sakers will play against Suwon KT (#7) in Busan in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Seoul Knights will play at home against Daegu (#9) and hope to get back on the winning track.

It was an exceptional evening for Henry Ellenson who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 10 rebounds. Rayshaun Hammonds came up with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 10 rebounds for Mobis Phoebus in the defeat. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Wonju DB maintains fourth place with 31-21 record. Mobis Phoebus lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 34 games lost. Wonju DB will meet at home bottom-ranked Seoul Thunders (#10) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Mobis Phoebus will play against the league's second-placed Anyang and hope to secure a win.
In the last two games of round 47 KCC Egis beat Daegu on the road 87-80. Bottom-ranked Seoul Thunders lost to Suwon KT on its own court 78-83.
