Heo's 51-point game gives him Player of the Week award

32-year old guard Ung Heo (183-G-1993) had a great game in the last round for Busan KCC Egis and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 34.
He had the game-high 51 points adding two rebounds for KCC Egis in his team's victory, helping them to outclass Seoul Knights (#4, 24-15) with 43-point margin 120-77. Egis maintains the 6th position in South Korean league. KCC Egis is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 19-20 record. In the team's last game Heo had a remarkable fourteen three-pointers out of 23 attempts. Second best performed player last round was Assem Marei (206-C-1992) of top-ranked Changwon LG Sakers. He is Egyptian center in his first season at LG Sakers. In the last game Marei recorded an impressive double-double of 22 points and 13 rebounds. Of course he led Sakers to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Seoul Thunders (#9, 12-26) 107-79. Of course LG Sakers still keep the league's top spot. His team has currently 28-11 record. Marei is a newcomer at LG Sakers and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to center Rayshaun Hammonds (206-C-1998) of Hyundai Mobis Phoebus (#8). Hammonds got into 30-points club by scoring 33 points in the last round. He went also for eleven rebounds . Despite Hammonds' great performance the Mobis Phoebus lost 75-78 to the higher-ranked Seoul Knights (#4, 24-15). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Mobis Phoebus not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 25 games, recording just fourteen victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Hammonds could try to bring Mobis Phoebus' a little bit higher in the standings. Hammonds has individually a great season in South Korea. After 36 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 20.1ppg (3rd best) and rebounds with 9.2rpg (5th best).
