Daegu KoGas Pegasus (KBL) signed 203cm forward Ricardo Ratliffe, who is a 36-year-old South Korean-American international. Ratliffe, who played college basketball at Missouri, was the top scorer for Hotshots in the Filipino PBA league last season. In 14 games, he averaged an impressive 25.9ppg, 16.3rpg, 3.1apg, and 1.1bpg, earning him the League Player of the Week title twice. Prior to joining Daegu KoGas Pegasus, Ratliffe played for Egis for four seasons (2020-24).
Ratliffe also represented South Korea at the FIBA Asia Cup 2025 Qualifiers this year. During this event, he scored an average of 18 ppg and had 10 rpg.
He has spent his entire career in South Korea playing for two other teams: Mobis Phoebus and Samsung Thunders. Ratliffe is close to retirement age as a player. It may be one of his last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Daegu.
He graduated from the University of Missouri in 2012, and it will be his 14th season in pro basketball. Ratliffe played also for the College of Central Florida for 2 years.
