Sonicboom signs Panopio just out of college

Suwon KT Sonicboom (KBL) signed 24-year-old Filipino-Italian guard Dalph Panopio (185cm-2000) for the upcoming 2024-25 season. He is the second foreign player on the roster, with USA's Rayshaun Hammonds signing earlier. Panopio recently graduated from California State University Bakersfield (NCAA), where he averaged 4.6ppg and 1.0rpg in 27 games last season.
He started his college career at South Plains College (JUCO). Panopio's high school career he had spent at DME Sports Academy Post Grad in Daytona Beach, FL.
As mentioned above, he is just out of college and it will be his first full season as a pro.
In addition to being regular season runner-up in WJCAC in 2021, his team also made it to the Adidas Next Generation Tournament Finals in Beograd in 2018, where he was named to the All-Tournament Team.
