Pelita Jaya Basketball have won Group B of the BCL Asia Qualifiers beating Adroit club 82-64. The Indonesian powerhouse grabbed a 30-12 lead at the start and needed a final 25-16 rally in the last stanza to seal the victory. Jaquori McLaughlin (193-G-1998, college: UCSB, agency: Pensack Sports) stepped up with 25 points and Justin Brownlee (197-F-1988, college: St.John's) brought 18. Muhammad Guntara (193-F-1996) followed them with 11 points in the winning effort. Kelly Donald (170-F-1985) replied with 26 points in the losing effort. |
