The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Singapore: Siglap (#3) and SinKee (#7). Siglap (7-2) smashed visiting SinKee (3-6) by 18 points 86-68. Siglap have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 7-2 record having just two points less than leader SBPHK H. SinKee lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth place with six games lost. They share the position with Nanyang and Chong Ghee. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
Undefeated leader SBPHK H. delivered the ninth consecutive victory. This time they crushed 8th ranked Chong Ghee (3-6) 64-42 in Singapore. Undefeated SBPHK H. SAFSA celebrated NBL title. They nipped Adroit 97:95 in the championship game on Sunday. Chiang Goh Kok produced 23 points and 33 rebounds to lead the winners. SAFSA posted a 48:45 halftime lead.
