Jones' double-double lands her Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

28-year old U.S. Virgin Islands guard Taylor Jones (173-G-1997) put on an amazing game in the last round for second-ranked Game Masters and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 7.
She had a double-double of 43 points and 35 rebounds, while her team lost the game against Al Qadisiyah (#1, 7-1) 63-72. Game Masters maintains the 2nd position in their group in the Saudi Arabian D1. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 6 games and recorded just two victories. In the team's last game Jones had a remarkable 55.6% from 2-point range. She turned to be Game Masters' top player in her first season with the team. Oakland University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Jones is league's best scorer averaging so far 43.7ppg and leads league in rebounds with 20.4rpg. Jones is in league's top in assists (2nd best: 4.1apg) and averages solid 57.3% FGP.

It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the top position in Group B. Jeddah Utd consolidated its place in top 2 of the standings. Her team's 4-4 record is not bad at all. Murray is one of the most experienced players at Jeddah Utd and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 39.1ppg (#2). Her other stats are also decent: 9.3rpg and 3.9apg.

Third place about best performers goes to swingman Sara Dickey (177-G/F-1995) of league's leader Al Ula. Dickey showcased her all-around game by recording 17 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists in the last round. She was a key player of Al Ula, leading her team to a 63-42 easy win against #3 ranked Jeddah Ath.. Al Ula have amazing season winning all 8 games without a single defeat in Group B. Dickey turns to be one of the very best players in the league while she is also a leader of the top team having her eyes on the championship title. Dickey has a great season in Saudi Arabia. After only 7 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 24.4ppg (3rd best), rebounds with 9.0rpg (7th best) and assists with 3.4apg (6th best). She also has 2.4spg, a FGP of 56.5% and 3PT: 42.9%.
