American Guard Kwanza Murray (170-G-1996) had a very impressive game in the last round for Jeddah United, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 5.
The 29-year old player had a double-double of 53 points and 15 rebounds, while her team beat Game Masters (#2, 1-4) 86-76. Jeddah Utd maintains the 3rd position in their group in the Saudi Arabian D1. Jeddah Utd is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 2-3 record. In the team's last game Murray had a remarkable 55.2% from 2-point range. She just recently signed at Jeddah Utd, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Former Lincoln University of Pennsylvania star has very solid stats this year. Murray is in league's top in points (2nd best: 42.2ppg), rebounds (7th best: 8.4rpg), assists (5th best: 3.2apg) and averages impressive 4.2spg.

The second best player in last round's games was young U.S. Virgin Islands Taylor Jones (173-G-1997) of league's second-best Game Masters. Jones had a very good evening with a double-double of 45 points and 23 rebounds. Bad luck as Game Masters lost that game 76-86 to slightly lower-ranked Jeddah Utd (#3, 2-3). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the top position in Group A. Game Masters still maintains its place in the top 2 of the standings, even despite this loss. 4 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Game Masters managed to get this year. Jones is a newcomer at Game Masters, but is already one of team's top players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 45.4ppg (#1). Her other stats are also decent: 17.0rpg and 4.0apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard Delicia Washington (178-G-1997) of league's top team Al Qadisiyah. Washington got into 30-points club by scoring 35 points in the last round. She went also for sixteen rebounds . Despite Washington's great performance the Al Qadisiyah lost 63-70 to #1 ranked Al Ula. But her team cannot count on just a single shooter as she also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. Al Qadisiyah had another "accident". It may be a crucial game. Washington's teammates are also very good. That's why having such high stats is even more impressive. Washington has a great season in Saudi Arabia. After only 5 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 23.0ppg (5th best), rebounds with 11.2rpg (3rd best) and assists with 3.0apg (8th best).
