Alsuwailem's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

26-year old center Mohammed Alsuwailem (211-C-1998) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked Al-Ula and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 14.
He had a double-double of 25 points and 21 rebounds, while his team crushed Al Ahli (12-2) with 18-point margin 98-80. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Al-Ula is placed at 2nd position in Saudi Arabian league. They are still close to the very top. Al-Ula would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. Third place about best performers goes to guard Keron DeShields (190-PG-1992, agency: Diamond Sports) of league's leader Al Ittihad Jeddah. DeShields showcased his all-around game by recording 24 points, 9 rebounds and 18 assists (!!!) in the last round. He was a key player of Al Ittihad, leading his team to a 93-71 easy win against the lower-ranked Al Fateh (#5, 6-8). Al Ittihad have amazing season winning all 14 games without a single defeat. DeShields turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. DeShields has a great season in Saudi Arabia. After only 8 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 22.8ppg (7th best) and assists with 7.9apg (best passer). He also has a FGP of 58.0% and 3PT: 45.9%.
