Al Qadisiyah signs Sara Dickey ex Carolina

Sara Dickey

Al Qadisiyah   tabbed 29-year old American 177cm swingman Sara Dickey (college: Evansville). She joins another USA player Christyn Williams who is already in the roster.
She played most recently at Gigantes de Carolina in Puerto Rican BSNF. In 15 games she averaged 14.1ppg, 3.8rpg, 2.4apg and 1.1spg last season. She helped them to make it to the Puerto Rican BSNF final after they ended regular season as second best team. She also played for Abejas de Leon (LNBPF) in Mexican league.
Dickey is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball she experienced life in nine different countries playing on six different continents. She is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American, Australian, African and of course North American leagues. Dickey has played previously professionally in Australia (Lightning), Cyprus (Asbis AEL Limassol), Iraq (Ghaz Al-Shamal), Mexico, Portugal (Boa Viagem and Vitoria SC - Guimaraes), Romania (Brasov), Czech Republic (Ostrava) and Egypt (Misr Insurance and El Tayaran). She won Cyprus Division A championship title in 2024. Dickey voted toEurobasket.com All-Cyprus League Player of the Year in 2024.
She graduated from University of Evansville in 2017 and it will be her eighth season in pro basketball.
