A.S. Ramat Hasharon (D1) signed 32-year old American forward Shae Kelley (185cm-1991, college: Minnesota). It is actually her comeback to Ramat Hasharon as she has played here before. Kelley started the season at Al Ahli in Saudi Arabian D1 league.
In 2015 she was drafted by Minnesota Lynx (WNBA) in third round (35th overall).
She graduated from University of Minnesota and it is her ninth season in pro basketball.
Kelley is quite experienced player. She has played in nine different countries on four different continents (Europe, Latin America, Africa and of course North America). Kelley has played previously professionally in France (Flammes), Italy (San Martino), Poland (Torun), Puerto Rico (Montaneras and Atenienses), Romania (ASC Sepsi SIC Sfantu Gheorghe), Spain (Ferrol), Turkey (Bornova), Israel (Elitzur Holon and Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion) and Egypt (Al Ahly and Somouha). Her team made it to the Israeli League Semifinals in 2019 and 2021. She was voted to Puerto Rican BSNF All-Star Game in 2016 and 2023. Kelley played for other colleges like: Old Dominion University, University of Colorado.
