Makeda Clarke-Nicholas

Henan Phoenix (WCBA) has signed Makeda Clarke-Nicholas, a 27-year-old American forward who stands at 185cm tall. Clarke-Nicholas previously played for Delaware in college.

She played last season at Al Nassr in the Saudi Arabian D1 league.

She also played for Slavia, where she averaged 12.5 points per game, 5.2 rpg, 1.3 spg, and 1.3 bpg in 13 Czech Republic games. Additionally and for Kouvottaret in the Finnish league.

She's a highly experienced player, having played professionally in Finland, France (Colomiers), Romania (Cluj Napoca), and Turkey (Karsiyaka).

In 2022, she received the Eurobasket.com All-Romanian League Honorable Mention award.

She graduated from the University of Delaware in 2019, and this is her fifth season in professional basketball.
