Al Nassr inks Makeda Clarke-Nicholas, ex Slavia

Al Nassr (D1) signed 26-year old American forward Makeda Clarke-Nicholas (185cm-1996, college: Delaware). Clarke-Nicholas moved there from Slavia in ZBL league in Czech Republic where she played the last season. In 13 ZBL games she had 12.5ppg, 5.2rpg, 1.3spg and 1.3bpg.
She is quite experienced player. Clarke-Nicholas has played also professionally in Finland (Kouvottaret), France (Colomiers), Romania (Cluj Napoca) and Turkey (Karsiyaka). Her team made it to the CAA Tournament Semifinals in 2015, 2016 and 2018.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others she was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Romanian League Honorable Mention in 2022.
She graduated from University of Delaware in 2019 and it is her fourth season as a professional player.
