There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in SBL. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Uhud as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Uhud defeated 3rd ranked Al Hilal in Medina 113-97. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Al Hilal. Uhud (15-1) have an impressive seven-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Al Hilal at the other side dropped to the fifth place with seven games lost. They share the position with Al Ittihad. Just two games before the end of Regular Season and it may be the most important game of the season next round when Al Hilal faces Al Ansar trying to get back on the winning streak. Uhud will try to continue on its current victory against third ranked Al Ahli Jeddah at home.
Leading Al Fateh (14-2) recorded its second loss in Al Hasa. Hosts were rolled over by fourth ranked Al Nasr (10-6) 83-62. It ended at the same time the 14-game winning streak of Al Fateh. Al Nasr moved-up to third place, which they share with Al Ahli Jeddah. Al Fateh at the other side dropped to the second position with two games lost. Al Nasr will play against Al Ittihad (#5) in Jeddah in the next round. Al Fateh will play at home against Al Wehda and hopes to get back on the winning track.
Bottom-ranked Al Nahda (0-16) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their 16th consecutive match to fifth ranked Al Ahli Jeddah (10-6) 78-26 on Saturday evening. Al Ahli Jeddah moved-up to third place, which they share with Al Nasr. Newly promoted Al Nahda still closes the standings. Al Ahli Jeddah will meet league's leader Uhud in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Al Nahda will play against Al Salam (#9) in Al-Awamiyah and hopes to get finally their first victory.
The game in Medina was also worth to mention about. Seventh ranked Al Wehda (6-10) played at the court of 8th ranked Al Ansar (4-12). Al Wehda managed to secure a 5-point victory 61-56. Al Wehda maintains seventh position with 6-10 record. Al Ansar at the other side keeps the eighth place with 12 games lost. Al Wehda's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Al Fateh in Al Hasa and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Al Ansar will play at home against Al Hilal (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last game of round 16 Al Ittihad won against Al Salam on the opponent's court 82-68.
