Al Fateh Al Hasa had strengthen their rosters by signing Musa Abdul-Aleem (196-SG-88, college: Troy) to continue their Journey for competing on the titles of the Saudi competitions in current season under their new Egyptian Coach Mohamed Mahrous.

Musa Abdul-Aleem is a versatile player who can play in position of shooting guard and also to the advantage of his strong physical qualities he can fight under the rim, Al Fateh new comer had wide experience in South America throughout the past three seasons:

2015-2016: In Jan.'16 signed at Trotamundos de Carabobo (Venezuela-LPB): 17 games: 15.5ppg, 4.1rpg, 1.4apg, 2FGP: 60.4%, 3FGP: 40.2%, FT: 78.9%, then signed at San Carlos (Dominican Republic-District National, starting five), in April'16 moved back to Trotamundos de Carabobo (Venezuela-LPB, starting five): 19 games: 14.8ppg, 3.9rpg, 1.3apg, FGP: 58.9%, 3PT: 38.1%, FT: 78.3%
2016-2017: GS Kymis (Greece-A1): 2 games: 1.0ppg, in Dec.'16 moved to Club Trouville Montevideo (Uruguay-LUB, starting five): 16 games: 15.0ppg, 2.3rpg, 1.8apg, 1.4spg, 2FGP: 52.9%, 3FGP: 33.0%, FT: 64.6%

Al Nahda Al Khobar (SBL) signed 30-year old American guard Lewis Leonard (195-87, college: Tenn Temple). He played last summer at Philadelphia Stars (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. Season 2016-2017 he played with Macae Basquete in the top league of Brazil and averaged 6ppg 2.5rpg. he also played with Club And1 in Bolivia in summer 2016 and he averaged 23ppg 6rpg 6apg. Da'Quan Cook joins Al Nahda - 3 days ago
Al Nahda Al Khobar (SBL) agreed terms with 30-year old American forward Da'Quan Cook (205-100kg-87, college: St.Bonaventure). He played last summer at Tim Thomas Playaz (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. Cook managed to play in four leagues in three countries last year (!!!). He also played for Titanes Licey (LNB) in Dominican Rep. league where in two games he had 9.0ppg, 4.5rpg and 3.0apg. Touhami Ghezzoul (ex GS Petroliers) joins Al Wehda - 6 days ago
Al Wehda Mecca (SBL) agreed terms with 31-year old Algerian international center Touhami Ghezzoul (209-87, college: N.Dakota St. JC). He has played for the last seven seasons at GS Petroliers in Algerian D1 league. Ghezzoul helped them to win the league title. He also played at the Arab Club Championships Semifinals two years ago. Ghezzoul has played also professionally in Oman (An Nasr). He attended North Dakota State College of Science until 2007 and it will be his twelfth (!!!) season...   [read more]
