Thailand - Indonesia 118:50
SEABA Championship defending champions Thailand stayed on the winning track in Manila. They recorded the second win in a row. Thailand bruised Indonesia tonight. Charothai Suksomwong (169-F-84) fired 29 points to lead the winners.
Thailand shocked their opponents in the opening quarter. The Thai team outgunned Indonesia 39:9 to clear off. Thailand stayed hot in the second period as they boosted the lead to as many as 42 points. Things changed little in the third period. Thailand dominated every facet of the encounter and registered a comfortable 88:36 lead at the final break. They did not slow down dismantling Indonesia at the end. Juthamas Jantakan (174-G-85) scored 22 points for Thailand. Naruemol Banmoo (185-C-87) added 13 points in the victory. Marina responded with 12 points for Indonesia as they fell at 1-2 record. Adhipuspitasari accounted for 10 points in the loss. Thailand will take on Singapore, while Indonesia will play against Philippines tomorrow.

Philippines - Malaysia 59:39
Philippines stayed undefeated at the SEABA Championship held in Manila. The hosts drove past Malaysia for 2-0 record in the ladder. Melissa Jacob (175-G-84) and Cassandra Tioseco (180-C-87) accounted for 15 points each in the victory. Malaysia slipped at 1-2 record after the defeat.
Philippines opened the game with a stifling defense. They limited Malaysia to only 5 points in the first quarter establishing a 10:5 lead. Malaysia did not allow the home team to run away though. The visitors stayed close to trail by only two points at halftime 18:20. Cassandra Tioseco opened the third term with six points in a row as Philippines started to get away. They led by eight points heading into the fourth quarter. Melissa Jacob cooled things down with three trifectas in a row in the final period as Philippines cleared off for good.
Merenciana Arayi (85) accounted for 11 points for Philippines. Aurora Adriano (173-F-85) and Pineda added 6 points each in the win. Hui Pin Pang (176-90) responded with 17 points for Malaysia. Suik May Kew (172-F-82) dropped 7 points in the loss.
