Indonesia celebrated the title at the SEA Games in Cambodia. They finished the tournament with a perfect 6-0 record. Indonesia rallied past Singapore in their final game. Dyah Lestari (180-F-1998) posted 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners.
Indonesia silenced their opponents in the first half. Indonesia recorded a 43-14 halftime lead. Indonesia limited their opponents to just 25 points in the second half and raced to a comfortable win. Kim Pierre-Louis (183-F/C-1993, college: UMass, agency: Areus Sports) chipped in 13 points for Indonesia. Shermaine Kai Ting answered with 11 points for Singapore.
