Malaysia - Philippines 63:77

Philippines edged Malaysia 77-63 to finish with a 5-1 record at the SEA Games 2023. Philippines opened the game with a 21-10 run and added a 27-19 rally in the second frame. Malaysia replied with a 19-12 run in the third quarter, whilst Philippines closed the campaign with a 17-15 rally.
Janine Pontejos (165-G-1992) top-scored for the winners with 24 points and Ana Katrina (162-SG-1996) poured in 18. Hui Pin Pang (176-F-1990) replied with 15 points in defeat and Yin Yin Chong (166-G-1993) had 10.
