Malaysia overcame 19-point deficit to beat Cambodia at the Southeast Asian Games. They posted a 16-10 run in overtime to win 107-101.
Both teams nailed 28 points each in the first period, whilst Cambodia posted a 27-13 surge in the second period and later enjoyed 19-points lead. Malaysia refused to give up and rallied to beat the host country which has 4 American naturalized players 107-101 in overtime.
Fook Yee Yap (174-F-1993) top-scored for the winners with 37 points. Brittany Dinkins answered with 32 points for the hosts.
