Al Sadd signs RJ Glasper, ex Charilaos

RJ Glasper

Al Sadd Sports Club Doha (QBL) signed 26-year old American point guard RJ Glasper (183cm-82kg-1998, college: UIW). Glasper started the season at Charilaos in Greek Elite League. In 30 games he had very impressive stats: 19.0ppg, 4.1rpg, 5.7apg and 1.2spg. He was also named League Player of the Week (2 times).
Glasper has played previously professionally in Croatia (Zabok) and Cyprus (Frederick Achilleas Kaimakliou).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his college team won Summit League Tournament in 2021. He was also voted All-GAC Freshman of the Year back in 2018.
Glasper graduated from University of Incarnate Word in 2022 and it is his second season as a professional player. He played for other colleges like: Oral Roberts University, Arkansas Tech University.
