Al Arabi celebrated 2024 Qatar Cup title. They overcame Al Ahli in the Final tonight. Walter Lemon Jr. (191-G-1992, college: Bradley) came up with 24 points to lead the winners.
Al Ahli dominated throughout the first three quarters of the game. They established a comfortable 43-36 halftime lead. Al Ahli followed with a strong 21-18 third quarter performance to extend the lead to double digits. But Al Arabi turned things around in the fourth quarter. They initiated a massive 28-9 rally to snatch the victory. Khaled Abdelbased finished with 18 points for the winners. Ndoye Seydou (201-F-1999) answered with 22 points for Al Ahli. Bruce Massey (190-G-1990, college: MTSU, agency: BIG) tossed in 16 points in the loss.
