Diallo number one in Qatar Cup for round 4

American Guard Sindou Diallo (194-G-2000) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked Qatar Sports Club Doha, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 23-year old player was the main contributor (36 points, six rebounds) to his team's victory, helping them to beat Al Sadd (#4, 1-2) 80-73. Qatar Club is placed at 2nd position in Qatari Cup. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. Qatar Club will need more victories to improve their 2-1 record. In the team's last game Diallo had a remarkable 73.7% from 2-point range. He turned to be Qatar Club's top player in his first season with the team. Former Montana Technological University star has very solid stats this year. Diallo is in league's top in points (3rd best: 25.0ppg) and averages impressive 57.8% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Tyree Crump (185-G-1997, agency: BIG) of Al Khor. Crump had a very good evening with 35 points, 2 rebounds and 9 assists. Of course he led Al Khor to another comfortable win 84-71 over slightly higher-ranked Al Shamal (1-3) being unquestionably team leader. Al Khor's 5th position in Group 1 has not changed. 3 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Al Khor managed to get this year. Crump is a newcomer at Al Khor, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 28.8ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 7.0rpg and 5.8apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Al Khor's star - Finnish Mubashar Ali (213-C/F). Ali scored 26 points and grabbed 13 rebounds (!!!). He was another key player of Al Khor, helping his team with a 84-71 easy win against Al Shamal (1-3). Al Khor can only dream about fighting for top spots in Group 1. They have rather bad season and 1-3 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Ali has individually a great season in Qatar. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 17.0ppg (8th best) and rebounds with 14.5rpg (#1 in league).
